    Ця стаття присвячується аналізу фінансової системи України, визначенню її поняття, класифікації та структури, а також основоположних засад українського законодавства щодо її характеристики та регулювання. У роботі на основі дослідження наукових напрацювань та українського законодавства стосовно вирішення питання та проблематики фінансової системи України було наведено визначення поняття «фінанси» та «система», виведено зміст поняття «фінансова система» та запропоновано методи її подальшого розвитку. This article deals with the analysis of the financial system of Ukraine, defining its concept, classification and structure, as well as the basic principles of the Ukrainian legislation regarding its characteristics and regulation. In the work, on the basis of research of scientific achievements and Ukrainian legislation regarding the solution of the problem and problems of the financial system of Ukraine, the definition of the concept of “finance” and “system” was given, the content of the concept of “financial system” was presented and the methods of its further development were proposed.
