    У статті розглянута проблематика застосування застави в сучасному українському кримінальному процесі. Проаналізовано питання щодо можливості внесення застави підозрюваним або обвинуваченим чи іншою юридичною / фізичною особою. Розглянуті умови, що обмежують коло осіб, які можуть виступати заставодавцями. The article considers the issue of the use of bail in the modern Ukrainian criminal process. The issue of the possibility of posting bail by a suspect or accused or other legal entity / individual is analyzed. Conditions that limit the number of persons who can act as mortgagors are considered. It is clarified that bail in criminal proceedings can be an independent measure or an alternative to detention.
