    У статті проаналізовано причини та вплив проблеми «дефіциту демократії» на функціонування Європейського Союзу. Визначено сутність проблеми «дефіциту демократі», досліджено її прояви у діяльності та функціонуванні інституцій ЄС. Також було досліджено питання загальноєвропейської ідентичності та проаналізовано наслідки її відсутності, що являє собою окрему складову проблеми, яка вивчається. In this article we analyze the causes and effects of the problem of democratic deficit in the European Union (EU). In this article the author determined the essence of problem «democracy deficit» and also it was explored in the activity and functioning of the EU institutions. Issues of pan-European identity were also investigated and the consequences of its absence were analyzed, which is a separate component of the problem under study.

    Статтю присвячено виявленню проблемних питань діяльності Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури. Виокремлено пріоритетні напрями вдосконалення діяльності Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури виходячи з положень міжнародно-правових актів та світового досвіду. Встановлено функції і завдання Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури, реалізація яких здійснюється у процесуальній формі. Автор висвітлює основні вимоги щодо забезпечення незалежності функціонування САП відповідно міжнародних стандартів. The article is devoted to problematic issues of implementation of the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office functions. Priority directions of improvement of activity of Specialized anti-corruption prosecution, based on the provisions of international legal instruments, international experience. The functions and tasks of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors whose implementation is carried out in a procedural form are established. In the article is determined the basic requirements for the existence of this anticorruption body in accordance with international standards. The author investigated the situation in the sphere of fighting against corruption in Ukraine. The author determined the main requirements for ensuring the independence of the functioning of the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office in accordance with international standards. The author pays close attention to the inconsistency in the legislation of Ukraine. The author pronounce Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office should be a link between the system of state anti-corruption bodies, which ensures its integrity and efficiency.
