    Стаття присвячена формуванню структури та послідовності побудови та реалізації організаційно-економічного механізму вдосконалення впливу державного регулювання на інвестиційне забезпечення розвитку економіки України. У роботі виокремлено ознаки та системні властивості, які розкривають сутність даного механізму. The article is devoted to formation of structure and sequence of construction and realization of organizational and economic mechanism of improvement of influence of state regulation on investment support of development of economy of Ukraine. Research and use of potential of practical application of organizational and economic mechanism of improvement of influence of state regulation on investment support of development of economy of Ukraine is an objective necessity for intensification of investment process at the country level and realization of possibilities of further effective interaction of the state with domestic and foreign investors, as well as investors between within the local and global investment capital markets.
