    У статті досліджуються актуальні питання змісту принципу верховенства права, його місця у системі принципів кримінального провадження, співвідношення з принципом законності. Розглянуто окремі положення нового Кримінального процесуального кодексу України в аспекті реалізації принципу верховенства права. In article topical issues of the maintenance of a principle of the rule of law, its place in system of principles of criminal proceedings, a ratio with a legality principle are investigated. Separate provisions of the new Criminal procedural code of Ukraine in aspect of realization of a principle of the rule of law are considered.
