    У статті досліджено окремі теоретико-прикладні проблеми правового захисту дітей в Україні від домашнього насильства. Насильство визнається одним із ризиків сучасного суспільства. Проблема насильства загалом і домашнього насильства має глобальний характер. Україна розпочала боротьбу із насильством у сім’ї 2001 р. Шляхом прийняття 2017 р. нового закону Україна зробила ще один важливий крок до розв’язання цієї проблеми. The article reveals some theoretical and practical problems of legal protection of children from domestic violence in Ukraine. Violence is recognized as one of the risks of modern society. The problem of violence in general and domestic violence in particular is a global one. Ukraine began to combat domestic violence in 2001. By adopting a new law in 2017, Ukraine has taken another important step to solve this problem.
