    Визначено особливості тактики огляду місця події під час розслідування злочинів, учинених із застосуванням метальної холодної зброї. Окреслено найбільш значущі сліди, правильне виявлення, фіксація, вилучення та пакування яких надалі сприятимуть встановленню обставин події.The article is devoted to the definition of the features of the tactics of the inspection of the place of the event in the investigation of crimes committed with the use of throwing cold weapons. The most significant traces are outlined, the correct identification, fixation, removal and packaging of which will further facilitate the establishment of the circumstances of the event.

    Проаналізовано методичні й організаційні аспекти, пов’язані із застосуванням сучасних інформаційних технологій для підвищення результативності криміналістичного дослідження холодної зброї та ефективності використання отриманих результатів під час розслідування і розкриття злочинів. Визначено роль інформаційного забезпечення в процесі проведення експертизи холодної зброї, окреслено основні тенденції його розвитку.In the articles considered methodical and organizational aspects constrained with the use of modern information technologies for the increase of effectiveness of realizations criminalistics researches and efficiency of drawing on the got results in the process of opening and investigation of crimes. Worked out practical recommendations and suggestions which assist the effective use the criminal specialistlawyer of informative CASS for the informative providing forensic examination researches. The article expresses the basic development tendencies of the inquiry and communication support of judicial examinations.
