    Метою статті є наукове обґрунтування енергетичної незалежності держави на підставі комплексного аналізу, міждисциплінарного та міжгалузевого підходів і різноманітних методів дослідження, що передбачає виконання низки таких завдань, як: доктринальне вивчення природи та сутності енергетичної незалежності держави, інших пов’язаних категорій, особливостей забезпечення енергетичної незалежності держави в сучасних умовах, взаємообумовленості механізмів забезпечення конституційних прав людини й енергетичної незалежності, суверенітету й безпеки держави. The purpose of this article is the scientific justification of the energy independence of the state based on a comprehensive analysis, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches, various research methods. This involves solving a number of tasks, namely: the doctrinal study of the nature and essence of the energy independence of the state, as well as other related categories, the peculiarities of ensuring the energy independence of the state in modern conditions, the interdependence of mechanisms for ensuring constitutional human rights and energy independence, sovereignty and security of the state. Research methodology. Given the variety of methodological tools of modern jurisprudence, in order to achieve the set goal, first of all, the use of interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches, along with many others, became expedient.
