    Статтю присвячено дослідженню теоретичних аспектів систематизації законодавства та висвітленню особливостей систематизації законодавства у сфері оборони України. орони України. Обґрунтовано необхідність проведення уніфікації та систематизації законодавства у сфері оборони з метою його гармонізації з законодавством країн-членів НАТО та ЄС. Наголошено, що стрімка активізація правотворчої діяльності в умовах воєнного стану на фоні вже існуючого розгалуженого масиву нормативно-правових актів у сфері оборони особливо актуалізує питання приведення законодавства у сфері оборони України в узгоджену систему. The article is intended for the study of theoretical aspects of systematization of the laws and highlighting the peculiarities of systematization of the laws in the field of defense of Ukraine. The need to unify and systematize the laws in the field of defense with the aim of harmonizing it with the laws of NATO and the EU member states has been substantiated. It has been emphasized that the rapid intensification of law-making activities under the conditions of martial law concurrently with the pre-existing extensive array of regulatory and legal acts in the field of defense especially actualizes the issue of bringing the laws of Ukraine in the field of defense into a coherent system.

    Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей нормативно-правового закріплення повноважень Верховного Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України в контексті історичного розвитку законотворчих процесів в незалежній Україні, розбудови її державності та становлення системи державного управ- ління у сферах національної безпеки і оборони. Прослідковано та проаналізо- вано еволюцію конституційного закріплення повноважень Президента України у зазначених сферах та концептуального визначення місця та обсягу повнова- жень Верховного Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України. The article is devoted to research of peculiarities of the legislative consolidation of powers of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the context of the historical development of law-making processes in independent Ukraine, the development of its statehood, and the formation of the system of public administration in the field of the national security and defense. The evolution of the constitutional consolidation of powers of the President of Ukraine in the specified field and the conceptual definition of the place and scope of powers of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been monitored and analyzed.
