    З урахуванням слідчої та судової практики досліджено особливості допиту свідків, підозрюваних, обвинувачених (підсудних) у кримінальних провадженнях щодо нецільового використання бюджетних коштів. С учетом следственной и судебной практики исследованы особенности допроса свидетелей, подозреваемых, обвиняемых (подсудимых) в уголовном процессе относительно нецелевого использования бюджетных средств. In the article, taking into account the investigative and judicial practice of the peculiarities of examination of witnesses, suspects, accused (the defendants) in criminal proceedings regarding the misuse of budget funds. The specificity of the interrogation in the processes of the crimes associated with improper use of budget funds, due to the special mechanism of criminal activity, covering a combination of economic and service components of these socially dangerous acts, awareness questioned in the features of the public sector (in General, they have a special economic or legal education, experience in budget institutions) and, in some cases, insufficient competence of the investigator, his inexperience, lack of understanding of the terminology of the budget sphere.
