    Розкрито поняття телекомунікацій, види телекомунікаційних послуг, проаналізовано законодавче регулювання діяльності операторів і провайдерів телекомунікацій у контексті вирішення завдань кримінального провадження, визначено особливості здійснення тимчасового доступу до речей і документів, які знаходяться в операторів та провайдерів телекомунікацій, а також проведення негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій (ст. 263, 264, 268 КПК України). Тhe concept of telecommunications, types of telecommunications services, the legislative regulation of the activities of operators and telecommunications providers in the context of solving the tasks of criminal proceedings are analyzed, the peculiarities of temporary access to things and documents that are in the possession of telecommunications operators and providers, as well as the conduct of secret investigative (search) actions are determined (Articles 263, 264, 268 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine).

    Надано кримінально-правову та криміналістичну характеристику розкрадань вантажів та елементів інфраструктури на залізничному транспорті. Особлива увага приділяється комплексному підходу щодо попередження, виявлення та документування розкрадань вантажів та елементів інфраструктури. A criminal-legal and forensic description of the theft of cargo and infrastructure elements on railway transport is provided. Special attention is paid to a comprehensive approach to the prevention, detection and documentation of cargo and infrastructure theft.

Серед таких порушень – порушення під час проведення затримання, огляду, обшуку, особистого обшуку, освідування та негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій. Systematized and researched procedural violations that occur at the stage of pre-trial investigation and lead to before declaring the evidence inadmissible. Among such violations are violations during detention, inspection, search, personal search, survey and secret investigative (research) actions.

    У методичних рекомендаціях розглянуто основні питання здійснення розслідування порушення вимог режиму радіаційної безпеки. Розкрито криміналістичну характеристику цих злочинів, визначено типові слідчі ситуації початкового етапу розслідування, обставини, що підлягають доказуванню, можливості використання спеціальних знань. Визначено особливості проведення огляду, допиту і слідчого експерименту під час розслідування. The methodical recommendations consider the main issues of investigation of violations of the requirements of the radiation safety regime. The criminological characteristics of these crimes are revealed, typical investigative situations of the initial stage of the investigation, circumstances to be proven, possibilities of using special knowledge are defined. The specifics of conducting an examination, interrogation and investigative experiment during the investigation are determined.
