    Статтю присвячено актуальному протягом останнього року питанню, яке є важливим як для науковців, так і для держави загалом, явищу, що виникло з певних підстав – йдеться про злочинність у період карантину. Гостро постало питання саме такого явища, як геронтологічна злочинність, адже саме на осіб похилого віку випали найбільші заборони та соціальний тиск із боку суспільства. The article is devoted to a topical issue during the last year, which is important both for scientists and for the state as a whole, a phenomenon that arose on certain grounds is crime during quarantine. The question of such a phenomenon as gerontological crime became acute, because it was the elderly who had the greatest prohibitions and social pressure from society.
