    Декларування недостовірної інформації: аспекти предмета кримінального правопорушення. Declaring False Information: Aspects of the Subject of a Criminal Offense

    Стаття присвячена аналізу предмету кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ст. 366-2 Кримінального кодексу України «Декларування недостовірної інформації», яким є декларація особи, уповноваженої на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування. Визначено мету подання декларації, якою є створення умов прозорості діяльності осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування, виявлення та недопущення конфлікту інтересів у їхній діяльності. The article is devoted to the analysis of the subject of the criminal offense provided for in Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Declaration of false information", which is a declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government. The purpose of submitting the declaration is determined, which is to create conditions for the transparency of the activities of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, to identify and prevent conflicts of interest in their activities.
