    Статтю присвячено проблемі збереження земель України як основного національного багатства. Йдеться про якісні і кількісні показники збереження земель. Зокрема, про збереження якісного стану земель, а також площі, яку займають землі тих чи інших категорій. Наголошено на негативних явищах, характерних для сучасного стану земельного фонду країни. Йдеться про стрімке поширення ґрунторуйнівних процесів, масштабну деградацію земель. Підкреслюється гостра необхідність збереження якісного стану земель, а також запобігання крайньому ступеню деградації – опустелюванню земель, прояви якого торкнулися й України. The article is devoted to the problem of preserving the lands of Ukraine as the main national wealth. We are talking about qualitative and quantitative indicators of land conservation. In particular, on the preservation of the quality of land, as well as the area occupied by land of certain categories. Emphasis is placed on the negative phenomena characteristic of the current state of the country’s land fund. We are talking about the rapid spread of soil-destroying processes, large-scale land degradation. The urgent need to preserve the quality of land, as well as to prevent the extreme degree of degradation ‒ desertification of land, the manifestations of which affected Ukraine.

Проаналізовано наукові погляди науковців з цього приводу. The article is devoted to specific issues that arise in the field of land privatization of state and communal agricultural enterprises, institutions and organizations. The article notes that the works of domestic scientists are devoted to certain topical issues of privatization of the lands of state and communal agricultural enterprises, institutions and organizations. The scientific views of scientists on this issue were analyzed.

    Статтю присвячено проблемі правового забезпечення меліорації як одного з основних заходів відновлення земель. У статті зазначається, що праці вітчизняних науковців присвячені окремим актуальним питанням проведення меліорації земель сільськогосподарського призначення. Наведено різні позиції вчених щодо розкриття зазначеної категорії. Проаналізовано наведені точки зору з цього приводу. У статті підкреслено необхідність провадження заходів меліорації на землях усіх категорій, у тому числі на землях несільськогосподарського призначення. Зроблено наголос на тому, що заходи меліорації спрямовані не лише на поліпшення властивостей ґрунтів і підвищення їх родючості, а й на відновлення земель різного цільового призначення. Розкрито та всебічно аргументовано роль меліорації в системі заходів відновлення земель. The article is devoted to the problem of legal support of land reclamation as one of the main measures of land restoration. The article notes that the works of domestic scientists are mainly devoted to some topical issues of land reclamation of agricultural lands. Different positions of scientists on the disclosure of this category are given. The above points of view in this regard are analyzed. The article emphasizes the need for land reclamation measures on lands of all categories, including non-agricultural lands. Emphasis is placed on the fact that reclamation measures are aimed not only at improving soil properties and increasing their fertility, but also at restoring lands for various purposes. The role of land reclamation in the system of land restoration measures is revealed and comprehensively argued.

Проаналізовано конституційні положення щодо землі як основного національного багатства. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regime of land as the main national wealth of Ukraine. The article emphasizes the exceptional role of land as the main national wealth in providing decent living conditions for citizens of Ukraine, economic and political sovereignty of the state. Constitutional provisions on land as the main national wealth are analyzed.

У статті підкреслюється, що в наукових працях дослідників порушеної проблеми спостерігається відсутність єдиної позиції щодо тлумачення сутності методології. Наведено різні позиції вчених щодо розкриття зазначеної категорії. Проаналізовано наведені точки зору з цього приводу. The article is devoted to the problem of methodology of research of legal provision of land restoration. The article emphasizes that in the scientific works of researchers of the problem there is a lack of a common position on the interpretation of the essence of the methodology. Different positions of scientists on the disclosure of this category are given. The above points of view in this regard are analyzed.
