    Статтю присвячено дослідженню кримінально-процесуальних засад оголошення розшуку підозрюваного. Визначено, що оголошення розшуку підозрюваного є доволі охоплюючою та змістовною категорією, яка включає у себе відповідний комплекс розшукових, оперативно-розшукових, інформаційно-довідкових та інших заходів, що здійснюються за ініціативою слідчого, прокурора, спрямованих на виявлення місцезнаходження осіб, які підозрюються у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення. The article is devoted to the study of criminal procedural principles of announcing the search for a suspect. It is determined that the search for a suspect is quite a comprehensive and meaningful category, which includes a set of search, operational and investigative, information and reference and other activities carried out at the initiative of the investigator, prosecutor, aimed at locating suspects, criminal offense.
