    У статті розкривається сутність адміністративно-правового регулювання використання теплоенергетичних вод в Україні. Автором наведено види нормативно-правових актів щодо водокористування використання теплоенергетичних вод; обґрунтовано проблемні аспекти даної проблеми. Наведено, що у разі наявності мети використання самих теплоенергетичних вод за умови, визначені у Водному кодексі України, їх використання буде вважатися спеці- альним. Вивчено окремі особливості застосування окремих норм законодавства: водного, земельного, цивільного та про надра. The article reveals the essence of the administrative and legal regulation of the use of thermal energy in Ukraine. The author presents the types of legal acts on water use of heat energy; problematic aspects of this problem are substantiated. It is stated that in case of the purpose of using the thermal energy water itself under the conditions specified in the Water Code of Ukraine, their use will be considered special. Some peculiarities of application of separate rules of the law are studied: water, land, civil and subsoil.
