    У статті аналізуються основні сфери та напрями взаємовідносин державних і місцевих органів влади. Зроблено наголос, що взаємовідносини між органами державної влади й органами місцевого самоврядування, зокрема й об’єднаної територіальної громади, розвиваються за трьома напрямками: перший – взаємодія, що проявляється у відносинах, які здійснюються шляхом узгодження дій і забезпечують самостійність місцевого самоврядування; другий – владно-правовий, що виявляється в реалізації владних повноважень органів державної влади щодо органів місцевого самоврядування; третій – фінансова підтримка місцевого самоврядування з боку держави. The article analyzes the main spheres and directions of relations between state and local authorities. The emphasis is on the relationship between state and local authorities are analyzed. It is proved that in practice the relations between state authorities and local self-government bodies, in particular the united territorial community, develop in three directions: the first is the interaction, which is manifested in the relations, which are carried out through coordination of actions and ensure the autonomy of local self-government; the second is the rule of law, which is manifested in the exercise of the powers of the state authorities in relation to the bodies of local self-government; third – the financial support of the local government from the state.
