    Статтю присвячено дослідженню сучасних європейських стандартів у сфері судочинства і статусу суддів, які містять положення щодо запровадження спеціальних антикорупційних судових органів, формування суддівського корпусу та здійснення правосуддя цими судами. На основі дослідження особливостей міжнародно-правового регулювання організації судової влади та правосуддя встановлено, що кількість спеціалізованих міжнародно-правових стандартів, які стосуються діяльності антикорупційних судових органів, є невеликою, що пов’язано, зокрема, з невеликою кількістю спеціалізованих антикорупційних інституцій у зарубіжних країнах. The article is devoted to the study of modern European standards in the sphere of justice and the status of judges, which contain provisions for the introduction of special anti-corruption judicial bodies, the formation of the judiciary and the implementation of justice by these courts. Based on the study of the peculiarities of international legal regulation of the organization of judiciary and justice, it was established that the number of specialized international legal standards related to the activities of anti- corruption judicial bodies is small, which is related, in particular, to a small number of specialized anti-corruption institutions in foreign countries.
