    У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз інституційно-правових аспектів адміністративного судочинства. Зазначено, що адміністративна юстиція по суті своїй є судовим захистом прав, свобод і охоронюваних законом інтересів громадян і їх об’єднань від неправомірних дій і рішень органів виконавчої влади, органів місцевого самоврядування, державних і муніципальних службовців. Визначено, що проведені дослідження та аналіз зарубіжного досвіду свідчать, що адміністративна юстиція – це перш за все спосіб захисту прав і свобод громадян від адміністративного свавілля, здійснюваний за допомогою судових засобів. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the institutional and legal aspects of administrative proceedings. It is noted that administrative justice is essentially a judicial protection of the rights, freedoms and legally protected interests of citizens and their associations from illegal actions and decisions of executive authorities, local self-government bodies, state and Municipal Employees. It is determined that the conducted research and analysis of foreign experience show that administrative justice is primarily a way to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens from administrative arbitrariness, carried out through judicial means.
