    У статті надана змістовна аналітична характеристика договору щодо надання сервісних послуг у сфері господарювання як відповідної їх форми, зовнішнього виразу. На підставі норм чинного законодавства та наукових поглядів проаналізована правова природа зазначеного договору та доведена власна позиція щодо його економічного характеру та відповідного господарсько-правового регулювання на чолі з Господарським кодексом України. The article provides a meaningful analytical description of the contract for the provision of services in the field of management, as their appropriate form, external expression. Based on the current legislation and scientific views, the legal nature of this agreement is analyzed and proved his own point of view on its economic nature and the relevant economic and legal regulation, led by the Commercial Code of Ukraine.
