    Надана криміналістична характеристика заподіяння тяжких тілесних ушкоджень, що спричинили смерть потерпілого. Досліджено проблемні аспекти початку досудового розслідування заподіяння тяжких тілесних ушкоджень, що спричинили смерть потерпілого. Виокремлено типові слідчі ситуації та основні напрями розслідування. Висвітлено особливості тактико-криміналістичного забезпечення проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій та негласних слідчих (розшукових) під час розслідування заподіяння тяжких тілесних ушкоджень, що спричинили смерть потерпілого; проаналізовано форми використання спеціальних знань за таких умов. A forensic description of the infliction of severe bodily injuries that caused the victim's death is given. The problematic aspects of the initiation of a pre-trial investigation into the infliction of serious bodily injuries that caused the victim's death were studied. Typical investigative situations and the main directions of the investigation are highlighted. Features of tactical and forensic support for investigative (detective) actions and undercover investigators (detective) during the investigation of serious bodily injuries that caused the victim's death are highlighted; the forms of using special knowledge under such conditions are analyzed.
