Стаття присвячена з’ясуванню сутності корупції та її ознак. Розкриваються основні причини процвітання корупції в Україні, а також здійснюється аналіз прорахунків у стратегії та тактиці боротьби з цим протиправним явищем. Систематизовано основні групи недосконалості норм права, які підвищують вірогідність виникнення корупції. The article is devoted to clarifying the essence of corruption and its features. Are the main causes of prosperity of corruption in Ukraine, and also carried out an analysis of the errors in strategy and tactics to combat this illegal phenomenon.
