У статті аналізується зміст державної підтримки сільськогосподарських товаровиробників в Україні, її основні юридичні ознаки. Визначені суб’єкти надання та адресати державної підтримки у сфері сільськогосподарської діяль ності. Сформульовано визначення поняття «державна підтримка сільськогоспо дарських товаровиробників». In the article deals the content of state support of agricultural commodity producers in Ukraine, its main legal features. The identified are subjects by the granting and recipients of state support in the scope of agricultural activities. Formulated is the definition of notion of «the state support of agricultural commodity producers».
