    Посібник укладено відповідно до програми дисципліни «Адміністративно-юрисдикційна діяльність поліцейських». Видання містить матеріали, що розкривають загальні положення адміністративної юрисдикції, специфіку її реалізації через заходи, що застосовуються поліцією у виконання власних повноважень, особливості розгляду справ про адміністративні правопорушення, підвідомчі органам (підрозділам) Національної поліції України, та виконання постанов про накладення адміністративних стягнень. Посібник адресовано здобувачам вищої освіти, науково-педагогічним, науковим працівникам закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання, поліцейським, яких вперше прийнято на службу в поліцію та які проходять первинну професійну підготовку, поліцейським, ін. посадовим особам, що перебувають в органах (підрозділах) Національної поліції. Зміни в законодавстві враховано станом на 1 липня 2023 року. The manual is compiled in accordance with the program of the discipline "Administrative and Jurisdictional Activities of Police Officers". The publication contains materials that reveal the general provisions of administrative jurisdiction, the specifics of its implementation through measures used by the police in the exercise of their powers, the peculiarities of considering cases of administrative offenses under the jurisdiction of the bodies (units) of the National Police of Ukraine, and the enforcement of decisions on the imposition of administrative penalties. The manual is addressed to higher education students, research and teaching staff of higher education institutions with specific training conditions, police officers who are first recruited to the police and undergo initial professional training, police officers, and other officials working in the bodies (units) of the National Police. Changes in legislation are taken into account as of July 1, 2023.

    У навчальному посібнику розглянуто основні положення Закону України «Про Національну поліцію», правові засади застосування поліцейських заходів, поняття, зміст публічної безпеки та порядку, особливості несення служби поліцейськими, поліцейське реагування на заяви та повідомлення громадян, організацію діяльності поліції щодо забезпечення публічної безпеки й порядку під час проведення масових заходів, дисципліну та законність у діяльності поліції, соціальний захист поліцейських тощо. Посібник розраховано на аудиторію здобувачів вищої освіти закладів системи МВС України, а також у системі первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських, яких вперше прийнято на службу в поліції. Зміни в законодавстві враховано станом на 1 червня 2020 року. The textbook covers the main provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the National Police’, legal basis for the use of police measures, concepts and content of public security and order, peculiarities of police service, police response to citizens' statements and reports, organisation of police activities to ensure public security and order during mass events, discipline and legality in police activities, social protection of police officers, etc. The manual is intended for the audience of higher education students of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as well as for the initial professional training of police officers who are newly recruited to the police. Changes in legislation have been taken into account as of 1 June 2020.
