Abstract
Дисертацію присвячено комплексному дослідженню організаційно-правових та методичних засад діяльності психологічної служби МВС України. Визначено, що сьогодні стратегія реформування МВС України передбачає, заміну карально-репресивної моделі діяльності на модель соціального партнерства та обслуговування громадян, захисту їх прав і законних інтересів. Це передбачає формування нової психології й менталітету працівників, висуває підвищенні та специфічні вимоги до забезпечення оперативно-службової і службово-бойової діяльності органів та підрозділів МВС України.
The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of the organizational and legal and methodological principles of the psychological service of the Ministry of Internal of Ukraine. It is determined that today the reform strategy of the Ministry of Internal of Ukraine provides for the replacement of punitive and repressive model of activity with the model of social partnership and servicing of citizens, protection of their rights and legitimate interests. This involves the formation of a new psychology and mentality of workers, proposes increases and specific requirements for the provision of operational, service and military-fighting activities of bodies and subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal of Ukraine.
