Abstract
Доведено, що протиправні прояви, які турбують суспільство на сучасному етапі розвитку, потребують досліджень першопричин їх виникнення. Аргументовано вплив етнічної неоднорідності населення на криміногенну ситуацію.The article analyzes the state taking into account the national and linguistic composition (homogeneity) of the population by regions. This direction of analysis and assessment of the state of crime, in our opinion, has been insufficiently studied, and therefore requires additional investigation. It is proved that the illegal manifestations that disturb society, require research into the root causes of their occurrence. The influence of ethnic inhomogeneity of the population on the criminogenic situation is argued.
