Abstract
Проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення сутності власності як філософської категорії. Розглянуто вплив найбільш популярних філософських концепцій з цього питання на формування суспільних відносин в економічній, соціальній, правовій, політичній, моральній, культурній, духовній та інших сферах життєдіяльності соціуму, зокрема на встановлення принципів права, організацію функціонування органів державної влади й місцевого самоврядування, діяльність інститутів громадянського суспільства, національну правосвідомість, добробут і благополуччя населення.The article analyzes the main conceptual approaches to understanding the nature of the property as a philosophical category. The author examines the most popular philosophical concept on property issues and their impact on the formation of public relations in the economic, social, legal, political, national, moral, cultural, spiritual and other spheres of the society of life, in particular, the formation of the principles of law, the organization of the functioning of organs of state power and local self-government of a democratic state, the activities of civil society institutions, national sense of justice, prosperity and well-being of the population.
