Класифікація суб’єктів реалізації державної сімейної політики.Classification of Subjects of Providing the Implementation of the State Family Policy

Abstract

Досліджено органи державної влади, які безпосередньо спрямовані на формування та реалізацію сімейної політики (Міністерство соціальної політики України) чи опосередковано забезпечують її реалізацію (окремі міністерства та інші органи виконавчої влади).The purpose of the article is to identify and study the place and role of ministries as subjects of state power, which are directly or indirectly entrusted to the legislator and aimed at the formation and implementation of state family policy, which will give an opportunity to understand in what directions it is necessary to implement the state family policy. The article deals with the bodies of state power which are directly aimed at the formation and implementation of family policy (Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine) or indirectly ensure its implementation (separate ministries and other executive bodies).
