Abstract
У статті здійснено ґрунтовну характеристику публічної служби в Україні. Метою публікаціїє доктринальне дослідження та формулювання дефініції публічної служби, її особливостей та класифікації. Трактування дефініції реалізовано за допомогою гіпотези, яка визнає їїнайвищою соціальною цінністю, що полягає в українському людиноцентризмі та визначає функціональну єдність (системність) організації публічної влади йпублічної служби на засадах адміністративно-правової позиції її реалізації. The article gives a thorough description of the public service in Ukraine. The purposeof the article is doctrinal research and formulation of the definition of «public service»its features and classification. The interpretation of the definition is based on the hypothesis that determines its highest social value, which lies in the Ukrainian human-centrism and determines the functional unity (system) of the organization of public authority and public service on the basis of the administrative and legal position of its implementation.
