Abstract
Метою статті є дослідження історичного розвитку інституту сім’ї в середні віки. Основним завданням є визначення взаємозв’язку соціально-правових передумов формування інституту сім’ї та ідеологічних засад цієї фінансової інституції. Методологія.Стрижневим методологічним підходом у дослідженні є історичний підхід. Завдяки історико-правовому методу було розглянуто витоки, еволюцію та підґрунтя нормативного регулювання інституту сім’ї в середні віки. Thepurposeof the article is to review the historical development of the family institute in the Middle Ages. The main task of this work is to determine the relationship between the social and legal prerequisites for the formation of a family institution and the ideological foundations of this financial institution. Methodology.The pivotal methodological approachto the study is historical. The historical -legal method has allowed us to consider the origin sand evolution of the family in stitute in the Middle Ages.
