Abstract
Метою статті є аналіз теоретичних основ і методології вивчення механізму забезпечення інформаційної безпеки, розкриття сутнісних ознак та особливостей, структури окресленої категорії. На цій підставі сформовано такі завдання: схарактеризувати основні доктринальні підходи довизначення забезпечення інформаційної безпеки ймеханізму забезпечення інформаційної безпеки держави; сформулювати їх визначення; дослідити методологічну основу механізму забезпечення інформаційної безпеки держави; виявити проблеми в цій сфері та запропонувати шляхи їх розв’язання. Thepurpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical bases and methodology of studying the mechanism of information security, to reveal the essential features and features, the structure of this category. On this basis, the following tasks are formed, namely: tocharacterize the main doctrinal approaches to determining the provision of information security and the mechanism for ensuring information security of the state; formulate their definitions; to explore the methodological basis of the mechanism for ensuring information security of the state; identify specific issues in this area and suggest ways to remedy them.
