Abstract
Досліджуються питання щодо кримінально-правової характеристики злочину, передбаченого ст. 191 Кримінального кодексу України. Аналізується склад даного злочину. Здійснюється відмежування злочину, передбаченого ст. 191 КК, із суміжними діяннями. The questions of the criminal-law characterization of the crime under Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The composition of this crime is analyzed. The crime provided for in Art. 191 of the Criminal Code, with related actions.
