Abstract
Мета статті – висвітлити сутність поняття «конституційне право людини на життя», проаналізувати його складові; розглянути проблемні питання, пов’язані з правом людини на життя (самогубство, евтаназія, аборт), а також можливість охоплення цим правом обов’язку держави підтримувати та розвивати умови для гідного життя людини.The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of the concept of «constitutional human right to life», to analyze its constituent elements; to consider issues related to the human right to life (suicide, euthanasia, abortion), as well as the possibility to include in this right the duty of the state to maintain and develop general conditions for a worthy life.
