В.; Sprynchuk, S.Актуальні проблеми масштабності різних форм насильства, суттєвого зростання рівня агресивних виявів у дитячому середовищі, учинення дітьми та щодо них злочинів актуалізують необхідність переосмислення парадигми здійснення превентивних заходів, що є основним завданням підрозділів ювенальної превенції Національної поліції України. Зважаючи на сучасні вимоги в галузі забезпечення прав і свобод дітей, здійснення працівниками підрозділів ювенальної превенції різноманітних функцій та виконання комплексу завдань, визначених нормами чинного законодавства, можна констатувати потребу підвищення ефективності професійної підготовки та визначення шляхів її покращення. Actual problems of the various forms of violence, significant increase the aggressive manifestations in the child environment, child crimes and crimes against children require rethinking about the paradigm of preventive measures, which is the main task of the units for juvenile prevention of the National Police of Ukraine. Given the current requirements in the field of protection of the children rights and freedoms, the implementation an activity of the units for juvenile prevention during fulfillment tasks defined by the rules of the modern legislation, it can be argued that it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of professional training and identify ways to improve it.
