Abstract
Важливу роль мотивації для ефективності людської діяльності підтверджено низкою психологічних досліджень. Науковці стверджують про вагоме значення мотивації для навчальної діяльності. Причому проблема формування навчальної мотивації студентів (передусім курсантів) розроблена значно менше, ніж мотивація школярів. The important role of motivation for the effectiveness of human activity is confirmed in many psychological studies. A lot of researchers point out the importance of motivation for learning activities. At the same time, the problem of formation of educational motivation of students (especially, cadets) is developed much less than the motivation of schoolchildren.
