Abstract
Проаналізовано конституційно-правові засади становлення та розвитку інформаційного суспільства. Висвітлено погляди науковців щодо сутності цієї категорії, її співвідношення з національним інформаційним простором, глобальним інформаційним простором, інформаційною цивілізацією. Констатовано наявність об’єктивних умов чи підстав існування інформаційного суспільства (організаційних, економічних, технологічних, правових).The article deals with constitutional principles, legal basis formation and development of the information society. Special attention pаid views of the scholars of the nature and essence of this category, her relation with the national information space, a global information space, the information civilization. Selected the existence of objective conditions or the foundations of the existence of the information society: organizational, economic; technologic; legal.
