У статті проаналізовано структуру предмету доказування під час розгляду слідчим суддею скарг на рішення, дії чи бездіяльність слідчого, дізнавача чи прокурора, а також засоби його встановлення. The article analyzes the structure of the subject of evidence during the examination by the investigating judge of complaints against decisions, actions or inaction of the investigator, inquiring officer or prosecutor, as well as the means of establishing it.
