Abstract
Як найвагоміший із засобів встановлення об‟єктивної істини слідчий експеримент традиційно є об‟єктом наукового інтересу. Протягом років учені розглядають не тільки юридичні, а й методо-логічні, технологічні, психологічні та інші аспекти його організації. Аналіз наукових розвідок у цьому напрямі засвідчує наявність прогалин у дослідженнях логічних підвалин раціоналізації слідчо-експериментальних дій. Метою пропонованої статті є спроба узагальненого формулювання засад побудови слідчого експерименту, окреслення критеріїв доказовості його результатів, а також алгоритму систематизованого застосування логічних засобів оптимізації його проведення. As one of the most important means of establishing objective truth, the investigative experiment has always been the focus of scientific research. At the same time, not only legal, but also methodological, technological, psychological and other aspects of its organization have been studied for a long time. However, as evidenced by the analysis of scientific research in this field, there are many gaps in the study of the logical bases of the rationalization of investigative experimental actions. Thus, the aim of the article consists in general formulation of such bases for an investigative experiment arrangement, outlining the criteria for proving its results, as well as the algorithm for the systematic use of logical means of optimizing its implementation.
