Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню напрямів та форм міжнародного співробітництва держав у боротьбі зі злочинністю. Проаналізовано різні наукові підходи до виділення напрямів і форм міжнародної співпраці щодо протидії злочинності. Здійснено розмежування понять «напрям» та «форма» міжнародного співробітництва. The article is devoted to the study of the directions and forms of international cooperation of states in the fight against crime. Different scientific approaches to the allocation of directions and forms of international cooperation in combating crime are analyzed. A distinction is made between the concepts of “direction” and “form” of international cooperation.
