Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню векселя як боргового цінного папера та законодавства, яке його регулює. У статті досліджено законодавчі акти, які започаткували розвиток вексельного обігу в Україні та регулюють їх обіг зараз, проаналізовано місце векселя в системі боргових цінних паперів, досліджено поняття, особливості, функції та види векселів. The article is devoted to the study of the bill as debt securities and the legislation that regulates it. The article examines the legislative acts that initiated the development of the bill circulation in Ukraine and regulate their circulation now, the place of the bill in the system of debt securities is analyzed, the concepts, features, functions and types of bills are investigated.
