dc.description.abstractРозглянуто питання запобігання злочинам у фіскальній сфері в контексті забезпечення фінансової безпеки держави. Досліджено об’єкти та суб’єкти фінансових відносин. Проаналізовано заходи запобігання фіскальній злочинності з позиції трирівневого підходу (загальносоціальні, спеціальні, індивідуальні).It was substantiated that fiscal crimes under present conditions have become one of the major threats to Ukraine's financial security. In this aspect, it was emphasized that there is no clear mechanism for cooperation between law enforcement agencies among themselves, supervising authorities and institutions of the economic system, which should provide effective counteraction to crimes in the fiscal area.uk_UA
