Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню загальних особливостей принципу гласності як принципу бюджетного контролю в Україні. Автором проводиться аналіз становлення цього принципу та еволюції його розуміння в правовій теорії і практиці. Наводиться авторське визначення принципу гласності бюджетного контролю з урахуванням сучасних теоретичних уявлень науковців відносно принципу гласності, а також чинного законодавства України у сфері правового регулювання бюджетного контролю та забезпечення гласності. The article is devoted to the research of general features of the principle of publicity as a principle of budgetary control in Ukraine. The author analyzes the formation of this principle and the evolution of his understanding in legal theory and practice. The author’s definition of the principle of publicity of budgetary control is given, taking into account the modern theoretical views of scientists regarding the principle of publicity, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of legal regulation of budgetary control and supporting of publicity.
