Abstract
У статті звертається увага на сутність обстеження службового кабінету при розслідуванні кримінальних правопорушень за наявності відповідної судової практики, яка зобов’язує здійснювати таке обстеження як обшук на підставі ухвали слідчого судді. The article draws attention to the essence of the examination of the office in the investigation of criminal offenses in the presence of relevant case law, which requires such an examination as a crime search based on the decision of the investigating judge.
