Abstract
Стаття є дослідженням механізму забезпечення права на доступ до публіч- ної інформації в адміністративному праві України. Визначено, що забезпечення права доступу до публічної інформації є важливою складовою демократичного суспільства. Це означає, що кожна людина має право на доступ до інформації, яка є власністю держави або знаходиться в її розпорядженні. Було з’ясовано, що відповідно до Закону України «Про доступ до публічної інформації» публічною інформацією є відображена та задокументована будь-якими засобами та на будь-яких носіях інформація, яка була отримана або створена в процесі виконання суб’єктами владних повноважень своїх обов’язків, передбачених чинним законодавством або яка знаходиться у володінні суб’єктів владних повноважень, інших розпорядників публічної інформації, визначених цим законом. The article is a study of the mechanism for ensuring the right to access public information in the administrative law of Ukraine. It is determined that ensuring the right of access to public information is an essential component of a democratic society. This means that every person has the right to access information that is owned by the state or under its control. It was found that according to the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information,” public information is reflected and documented by any means and on any media, information that was obtained or created in the process of exercising the subjects of state powers their duties provided for by current legislation or in the possession of subjects of state powers, other administrators of public information defined by this law.
