Abstract
Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану термінологічно-понятійного апарату законодавства у сфері регулювання інформаційних відносин - мови інформаційного права України. На прикладі окремих правових норм розглянуто терміни та словосполуки упровадження яких обумовлено прямим впливом суто "технічної* галузевої термінології на гуманітарний пласт наук, недоліки та термінологічні помилки у процесі їх уживання. Запропоновано шляхи законодавчої перспективи в частині вдосконалення термінологічної лексики нормативно-правової бази цієї специфічної галузі правовідносин, а саме; розробка Кодексу України про інформацію та науково-практичного комєнтаря. The analysis of the modern state of terminology concept of legislation is carried out in the sphere of informational relations regulation - language of Ukrainian informational low. On the example o f separate legal norms, terms and word-combinations are considered, whose introduction conditioned by the direct influence of special "technical" branch terminology on the humanitarian layer of sciences, failings and terminology errors in the process of their use. The ways of legislative prospect are offered in part of perfection of terminology vocabulary of this normative legal base to specific branch of legal relationships, namely, development of Informational Code of Ukraine and scientificaiiy-practicai comment.
