Abstract
Статтю присвячено аналізу психологічних аспектів конструктивної діяльності працівників експертних служб з акцентом на ключових аспектах, які визначають ефективність і якість їхньої професійної роботи. Актуальність публікації обумовлена потребою в аналізі аспектів конструктивної діяльності судового експерта. У сучасному судовому контексті, де справедливість та об’єктивність рішень відіграють критичну роль, усвідомлення психологічних особливостей судових експертів стає надзвичайно важливим. Метою цього дослідження є глибокий аналіз психологічних факторів, які впливають на спроможність судових експертів об’єктивно оцінювати матеріали, які надані для проведення дослідження та прийняття науково обґрунтованих рішень у межах судової експертизи. This work is dedicated to analyzing the psychological aspects of the constructive activities of forensic service employees, with a focus on key elements that define the effectiveness and quality of their professional work. The relevance of the article is driven by the need to scrutinize the aspects of constructive activities of a forensic expert. In the contemporary judicial context, where justice and objectivity of decisions play a critical role, understanding the psychological peculiarities of forensic experts becomes exceedingly important. The purpose of this research is a thorough analysis of psychological factors influencing the ability of forensic experts for objective assessment of materials provided for research and making scientifically grounded decisions within the framework of forensic expertise.
