Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем правового регулювання вчинення правочинів щодо нанесення художнього татуювання з огляду на межі цивільної дієздатності особи виходячи з вікових особливостей суб’єкта правовідносин. Проаналізовано межі цивільної дієздатності обмежено дієздатної особи, а також неповнолітньої особи стосовно трьох ознак, що характеризують дрібний побутовий правочин. The article is devoted to the research problems of legal regulation of doing tattoo considering the limits of the civil capacity of the person, based on the age characteristics of the subject of legal relations, the ability to conclude civil legal agreements. Analyzing the limits of civil capacity of a disableted person as well as a minor with respect to the three characteristics that characterize small household transactions.
