Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем правового характеру, що виникають у суб’єктів рибного господарства під час використання ними водних біоресурсів. Наголошується, що сьогодні актуальними залишаються питання належного правового забезпечення функціонування галузі рибного господарства, в тому числі щодо відтворення водних біоресурсів. Стверджується, що раціональне використання рибних ресурсів необхідно розглядати як один із чинників відтворення природних ресурсів і забезпечення сталого розвитку. The article is devoted to the study of legal problems that arise in the subjects of fisheries during their use of aquatic bioresources. It is emphasized that today the issues of proper legal support for the functioning of the fisheries sector, including the reproduction of aquatic bioresources, remain relevant. It is argued that the rational use of fish resources should be considered as one of the factors in the reproduction of natural resources and sustainable development.
