| dc.description.abstract | Мета дослідження –висвітлити питання, пов’язані зі спеціальними знаннями в новоутвореній міждисциплінарній науці поліграфології, акцентувавши увагу на їх особливостях. Методологія.Методологічний інструментарій обрано відповідно допоставленої мети, специфіки об’єкта й предмета дослідження. Це загальний діалектичний метод наукового пізнання реальних явищ, а також їх зв’язку з теорією та практикою щодо застосування спеціальних знань у поліграфології.Також використано спеціальні методи дослідження, а саме: метод системного аналізу, порівняльно-правовий, системно-структурний і метод прогнозування. Наукова новизна.Уперше обґрунтовано наукову думку стосовно спеціальних знань у поліграфології, висвітлено їх зміст й особливості. Розглянуто проблемні питання, які нині постали в поліграфологічній діяльності й загальмовують повноцінний процес долучення цієї галузі знань до сфери суспільних правовідносин. Висновки. Обґрунтовано наукову позицію стосовно того, що поліграфологія є порівняно новою, цілком сформованою міждисциплінарною наукою, яка, акумулюючи здобутки низки інших наук, вибудовує власне бачення з питань спеціальних знань. Їх можна визначити як специфічні, якими володіє обмежене коло фахівців цього профілю й не є загальнодоступними та загальновідомими для більшості суб’єктів, що використовують такі результати. Доведено, що спеціальні знання поліграфолог може використовувати тоді, коли його залучають до виконання специфічних досліджень у конкретній сфері чи напрямі діяльності, під час проведення психофізіологічних експертиз із застосуванням поліграфа, зокрема в питаннях кримінального судочинства. Проблемні питання цієї науки стосуються передусім неузгодженості понятійного апарату, браку уніфікованості методики проведення поліграфологічних досліджень, невідпрацьованості єдиних підходів до оформлення висновків проведених досліджень тощо, що зрештою вносить дисбаланс у ставлення до використання поліграфа й досліджень з його застосуванням, зокрема й у формування спеціальних знань цієї галузі. Thepurpose of the study –is to highlight the issue of special knowledge in the newly formed interdisciplinary science of polygraphy with an emphasis on their features. Methodology.The methodological tools are chosen taking into account the goal, the specifics of the object and subject of research. It is a general dialectical method of scientific knowledge of real phenomena, as well as their connection with the theory and practice of applying specialknowledge in the field of polygraph. Also special research methods, namely: the method of system analysis, comparative law, system-structural and forecasting method. Scientific novelty. For the first time among domestic and foreign researchers the scientific opinion concerning special knowledge in the field of polygraph is substantiated. Their content and features are revealed. Emphasis is placed on the problematic issues that currently exist in polygraph activities and slow down the full process of entry of this field of knowledge into public relations. Conclusions.The scientific position is substantiated that polygraphology is practically a new, fully formed branch of knowledge, which, accumulating the achievements of a number of other sciences, builds its own vision on the issue of special knowledge. They can be defined as specific, possessed by a limited number of specialists in this field and are not publicly available and well-known to most entities that use such results. It is proved that a polygraphexaminer can demonstrate special knowledge when he is involved in specific research in a particular field or field of activity and, usually, during psychophysiological examinations using a polygraph, and in particular in criminal proceedings. As for the problematic issues of this field and their solution, they relate to the inconsistency of the conceptual apparatus, the lack of unification of methods of polygraph research, the lack of common approaches in drawing conclusions, etc., which ultimately introduces an imbalance in relation to the polygraph and research. application, including the formation of special knowledge in this field. | uk_UA |
