Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання оптимізації кримінально-виконавчої політики на стадії її реалізації. Досліджено оптимізацію діяльності Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України у сфері управління кримінально-виконавчою системою та оптимізацію діяльності у сфері виконання покарань. Окрему увагу звернуто на питання оптимізації діяльності у сфері виконання покарань, пов’язаних і не пов’язаних з ізоляцією засуджених від суспільства. The article analyzes the issues of optimization of the criminal-executive policy at the stage of its realization. The optimization of the activity of the State CriminalExecutive Service of Ukraine in the field of management of the criminal-executive system and optimization of activities in the field of execution of punishment has been explored. Particular attention was paid to the issues of optimization of activities in the field of execution of sentences connected with and not related to the isolation of convicts from society.
